We fish the bays we deliver around. Shorter routes mean crabs reach you closer to the moment they left the trap.
Jimmies are male blue crabs: bigger and meatier, the classic crab-boil crab. Sooks are females: a little smaller and sweeter, great for picking meat. We never keep egg-bearing females.
Keep them cool and damp, out of the sun, and cook them the same day. Don't submerge them in water or melted ice, and never freeze them. Cook only crabs that are still alive.
Once your order leaves the dock or our kitchen, you get a text with a link to a live map. When the driver enters your delivery zone, we send a text so you can get the pot boiling or the table set.
